Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://zionautorepairtx.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Zion Auto Repair markets and arranges Brake Service, Suspension Repair, Auto AC Repair, Engine Repair, Alternator Repair, Drivetrain Repair, Engine Diagnostic, Tire Rotation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://zionautorepairtx.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zion Auto Repair or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Zion Auto Repair may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Zion Auto Repair disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Zion Auto Repair arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Zion Auto Repair harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
